Not so different after all.”
Was it? I thought it was about an unseen, omnipotent, all-seeing power observing how people interacted with each other.
I made a big long post about how the original concept has devolved into what we are presented with now but I can't be bothered to find it.
I'm okay with natural confrontation, I'm ok with the clash of overinflated egos. I'm not ok with one or two people deliberately making many people's lives miserable for the sake of entertainment and I'm not ok with this type of behaviour being orchestrated, validated and encouraged by a load of producers who only care about outrage that gets them exposure so they can't charge more in advertising fees.
Quite different I think.
