Why would you not speak who you want to nominate,have nominated ect?
the maximum punishment is sitting for 5 minutes in the garden.
i would discuss nomination stategy all day in there,the punishment is a joke
the only fair punishment would be:talking about nominations means you are directly nominated yourself

That seems sensible to me.
