Yes he just sounds a bit unhinged at times. There is the weird laughing and then the laughing doesn't reach his eyes.
Emma is far to serious not just in that interview but for a while now.

Had to laugh at Emma there 'thankfully you are out', she didn't like him and I don't blame her he is really irritating. He is using the Boom to disguise how illiterate he is.
Sadley he has made a bigger fool of himself in that interview. Emms looked exasperated with his stupid boom, booming + that awful fake laugh.
Emma didn't seem relaxed. She pulled Heavy D up on things which is right, but she could have had some fun with him too. I think she is feeling how we all are. I'll be surprised if she is presenting in January.
