Some will come on here saying she should be impartial.

Should she? She's not a High Court judge.

The man is a cretin.

After her positive feedback from the Chloe interview she's raised her game

I'm quite liking this new tougher interview style from Emma. Though I am also thinking that even she isn't enjoying this series.

She should be consistent. I prefer the harsher interviews but sometimes she treats certain housemates with kid gloves and other times she'll completely roast them.

She was unfairly vicious with Chloe and is often this way with young, attractive females.

Be consistent, that's all most of us want.

She was trying her best to be impartial.

She deserves a medal for even trying to interview him.....So painful to watch 😞

For someone who supposedly can't stand Bear ,she talks about him an awful Lot .....The whole bloody interview revolved around him and her trying every which way she could to get him to Bad Mouth Bear ,and becoming pissed off when he wouldn't

Me too. It's good to see her so feisty - such as saying to Heavy that the dark side could otherwise be described the nice people, his throwing food wasn't entertaining etc - but you can tell she's done with this.

I saw an interview in which Emma was taking Heavy D to task on his own behaviour.

When they have left the house she doesn't need to be impartial. I like it when she has an opinion.

She knows Heavy D has helped ruin this series so understandably is not a fan. It is such a relief to see him go.

That's what you get when you're inconsistent. No doubt she will fawn over Lewis. It's just poor conduct to fan worship certain housemates and passive aggressively lecture others like she did with Chloe.

I'd agree with that, it was all she could do to try and keep it on track, in some sort of way. The plan was to try and stop him "booooom" ing and mad cackling enough to try and ask a question or two. I think she did well in the circumstances.

The girl done good! I would imagine it must be hard to be somewhat civil to someone so repulsive and irritating...... She gave it a good go!

I don't think she likes any of the half-celebs.

What people don't like is when some of her interviews sound like she's chatting to one of her mates and others (Chloe's for example) sound like she's lecturing a naughty child.

That kind of bias and inconsistency is going to warrant criticism.

The awkwardness will be trumped by the Bear interview.

Yep, loving the new Emma. A total turnaround of my opinion of her, it is really good to see her giving some well deserved criticism to evicted housemates and holding them to task for their actions.

I hope she continues in the same vein.

I think she has had enough of this series already, probably feels the same way about it as the active-brained viewers do.

Yes she can. She wins by being consistently impartial.

I thought this was the worst thing she said.

Impartiality is important because this is a show where the viewing public are paying to vote for their winner. If the host is referring to a group of HMs as the nice HMs (and the resulting suggestion that another group of HMs are not nice) then that could influence voting which imo is not on.

Or just consistently anything. No being nice one day and Jeremy Paxman the next.

Whats to like? The man is an absolute moron. It was like trying to have an interview with a 3 year old. Still bigging himself up. Oblivious to the fact that he is out because he's NOT popular. He's not funny either. Hes 43 acting like a child. That is never amusing.
