I believe she could easily have got him talking if she hadn't been on her personal mission to belittle him. We learnt nothing and it was not a comfortable interview. Well done Emma.”

What was to learn, though? Heavy's rationale from the get-go was "it was banter." Denise Welch and that unfunny comedian whose name escapes me tore into him on BOTS and he still couldn't explain his actions beyond it was a laugh.

She did indeed say it during her main interview on the main show.. It was after Heavy D referred to moving across to the other group as "Going over to the dark side." - she countered that with, "Dark side, nicer housemates, whatever you want to call it."

Ooh I don't know, maybe:

Who does he most dislike in there?

Who does he think is playing the biggest game?

Is Sam as quiet as she is coming across?

What did he think Katie's problem with him was?

Is the romance real?

What is his relationship with James like?

Who does he want to / think will win?

All she had to do was ask him the questions straight and he wouldn't have been able to go into his schtick and maybe we would have got some answers out of him.

And some people on here felt sorry for the way Emma spoke to Heavy D!

And Bear, whose philosophy and word choice are more poignant than Emma "Earpiece" Willis could ever be, will wipe the floor with her.

Actually you are correct. They are worse than cretins. Likening those two to cretins is an insult to cretins

The word cretin also means stupid so there's no need to go so completely OTT with your accusations of offensive name-calling.

In the spirit it was meant, and the context in which it was used, there was absolutely nothing wrong with saying it.

Emma seems to forget what sort of show Big Brother has become, she's acting like mother superior when it comes to Chloe, Bear and Heavy D's antics.

Her only excuse can be that maybe she had a preview of tonight's show where Heavy D clearly overstepped the mark.

that is the informal offensive meaning, used in the same way as spastic was to describe people with cerebral palsy. i'll leave you to your ignorance.feel free to equate disability with the actions of self obsessed, attention seeking reality people.

Heavy D can hold his own. Some people thought he was antagonising, others like Carol Mcgiffen think that it was Big Brother so what do they expect? Emma and Rylan thought that the spider on BBBOTS was antagonising I saw it as just a little spider that are useful in fighting moths. Denise Walsh found him nasty but then she was also overtly sensitive during her time on CBB with Michael Madsen

I wonder if she would have done the same with her beloved Biggins regarding his comments?

I think not!

Somebody should have reminded Denise Walsh that she got her tits out and tried to pull down one of the twins' pyjama bottoms.

Exactly and it's good that Heavy has Boom as a phrase because you can't distinguish it from Boo
