Lol, I remember Dolly Parton being interviewed by Des O'Connor and he complimented her on her hair and she described how she picked it out of her line up of wigs.

I know - even when it's really long too. Mine always gets ratty about two inches past my shoulder...

I am always amused by one of theose American forensic CSI type shows. I am not sure which because they all blend into one for me. However the forensic pathologist is an African American character who turns up at the scene of crime in a snappy suit and sky high heels (no paper suits there folks) and with "her" waist length hair loose. Very few African American women can grow waist length hair so chances are she wears extensions. It occurs to me the DNA that she is wafting around the crime scene, hers and that of any number of, probably, Indian women whose hair went into making the extensions, must lead to a lot of forensic red herrings being followed up.

She does have nice hair

It doesn't look like those extensions because she brushes it like normal hair ... and she isn't constantly scratching and picking at it the way those with false hair do

She's actually quite a 'handsome' woman ... in a Nana Mouskouri kind of way

Honestly you don't shrivel up at 40. Its ok !! I don't have money either but I have really long curly hair I get complimented on and I am 47. I keep thinking I will have to cut it soon as I am reaching an age when I am too old to have long hair but my hairdresser refuses to cut it. Many of us pushing 50 (gulp I said it) don't look or act it and you have nothing to fear. ... Although thinking about it I do have Spanish and Italian genes from way back....maybe that's it

Agreed about her hair and she looks great when she gets 'done-up'.

She amused me the other night on live feed when she was in bed in pitch darkness and was still wearing her glasses.

Maybe she dyes it? Quite a lot of jet black haired people go grey, a colour would give her hair shine. Either that or she's just lucky 😁

You can tell it's not a weave or extensions because it's sleek and very shiny, with a slightly uneven cut. Marnie's hair is natural too. Those with extensions brush them in an odd way, starting about half way down rather than from the root.

Aubrey has extensions - you can tell from that dull look and over thick look her hair has.

I agree and I think that she has really pretty eyes too and if you look at old pics of her she was quite pretty before all the work.

You are very lucky!

But the quality of most women's hair does deteriorate with age - which is why most generally tend to go a shorter length.

Yeah agreed. She reminds me of a Native American sometimes, has that dark, lovely hair and eyes.
