Having an American favourite is so unpatriotic

There is clearly a Team USA in the house trying to shaft the Brits. They are going for a USA 1, 2 and 3.
They have an understanding to not nominate each other and to get the Brits out, and their plan is working.

Why are the three Americans Britain's favourites?

Frankie is my favourite, no question about that.

1) They are not the favourites, at least not according to the bookies

2) So what if they do have a tacit agreement not to nom each other?? How is that any different to Bear, Lewis and Marnie??

Three Brits would likely stick together in a CBB USA house too.

As to your charge of people being unpatriotic by having an American favourite, most people are not xenophobic and like myself and don't care where a person was born on the planet.

Who cares? I like individual housemates, I don't care if they're from America, UK or Antarctica. I'm not going to not support an entertaining or likeable housemate based on their birthplace.

Who really care if their American or British.

Patriotism shouldn't come into it - we're judging them as HMs not through some sort xenophobia

Look at it this way Clotty. Winning Celebrity Big Brother basically amounts to being declared "King Of The Morons" - so if your British and patriotic, start getting those votes in for Frankie now.

I am very patriotic, and would go for the local people in a heartbeat if I could, unfortunately this year my locals are Bear, Heavy and Sam, so I have to distance myself from them as much as possible and pick Aubrey from the West Coast

I always imagined that Charlie Brooks won IACeleb because she was British, or Ashleigh Roberts lost because she was American.

This forum has always supported americans . usually at the expense uk reality show housemates and the Americans are usually praised for the same behaviour the uk contestants are criticised for

Perhaps with the exception of Stepford couple Speidi, I've loved the dynamics of having American HM's - they just seem to appreciate being here and almost without exception shake up the show! Thinking about it, most have been pretty full on, Austin, (who I loved), Leslie and Frenchie, Gary Busey and bonkers Perez, just sorry we didn't see more of my all time favourite David Gest, bless him.

I'd be more than happy with any of the American housemates winning this series.

Not wanting an American to win is xenophobic though. The Americans seem a lot more entertaining than the Brits. Hope Frankie wins.

I don't usually like the US HMs at all but this time around, with there being such a massive great vacuum where a quality UK HM should be - this lot have stepped into it

The'v all brought something to the table such as eloquence and intelligence - I don't mind if one of them wins.

There's nothing whatsoever unpatriotic about refusing to get behind the absolute worst of what this country has to offer.

Frankie varies between fifth. and goes as high as to split bear and Ricky!
My favourite varies between him and Ricky .
Ricky is to me pleasing on the eye as well as the potential to be entertaining!
Frankie I didn't expect to like. Look at the strength of his shoulders and arms makes bear and Lewis look puny!
Didn't t like the glitter of the first night but has proved to find that path of being entertaining funny and talented without being nasty in any way !
Love the guy!

Jason wasn't any where near Hughie or the other top ones until the very last day and wasn't favourite at any point.
Jackson was always below Andy and yet came higher than him.
Hughie was so much the favourite they'd even planned an Irish themed finale !

I prefer a meritocracy over a...err...flagitocracy
Same with the Olympics. Let the best man or woman win, regardless of which patch of grass they happened to drop on.

I'm British and I would love to see the Brits getting their just desserts this time, screw them all, hope the Americans win it. bear and co. have ruined it for me anyhow and I prefer all the Americans to these people, excepting James, Sam and Ricky (I like them).
