Oh Shaz. I fully sympathise. Had the trapped nerves ... though mine was through a prolapsed disc. Surgery fixed it but still got loss of feeling and numbness down my left leg and foot. Thankfully on the mend now, taken two years to recover. I can't imagine being in that pain long term. Bless you

Evening all. Sorry am late, heavy day of therapy which has drained me. So had a little nap, although I wished I hadn't as now I feel worse..lol
