I think if they can't afford Celebs it should be just axed! I think it has been ruined by reality people (they are not stars as no talent) who would sell their own granny to get airtime or what they perceive as famous! Sam Fox and Ricky Norwood may be quiet but at least I had heard of them and have done something to make them proper Celebs! I hadn't heard of most of them in there when they went in. They are picking reality people as they are cheap in every way from payment to what they would do for airtime! This should be the last celebrity BB unless they can get proper celebs!

Reality stars are growing massively in popularity, shows like GS and EOTB are watched by millions of people worldwide. They are classed as "proper celebs". A good example is Scotty T and Charlotte Crosby, between them across all social media accounts they have about ten million followers. I bet more people knew Scotty T than Darren Day.

Well I like celebs to have more of a talent than shagging and wetting themselves! Scotty T and Charlotte seemed nice enough when they were on the show but I want Celebrity BB to have people who have a proper talent!

I think that your idea of what constitutes a "celebrity" isn't everyone's. There are lots of people very famous in genres that I have no interest in, so I don't know who they are. That doesn't make them not celebrities.

Few genuine celebrities would go near a show where they know they will be carved up, made fools of and possibly thrown to the wolves. Why would anybody credible risk their career on that prospect? So it comes down to people who are infamous who have nothing to lose beacuse they are in the public eye for their bad behavior. Unfortuately they tend to be really dull unless you enjoy watching people screaming the odds at each other or flashing for the cameras. Yawn.

Its not getting any better. each year they scrap the bottom of the barrel, pulling nobodies out from reality shows. Any proper celeb would not waste their time going on the show. They dont need to raise their profile or re-invent their career from the 80's.

Time to pull the plug.

These shows like Geordie Shore and TOWIE are not realty. Most of it is scripted. These people are playing characters.

It may be difficult for older people to judge them as celebrities but they are very popular with the younger generation. These shows are hugely popular with teenagers and people in their early-mid 20's.

The Geordie Shore brigade do extremely well in reality tv because of the large followings they have. Charlotte, Scotty and Vicky have all won big reality shows.
