What do the people who say there must be loads of interesting and entertaining stuff going on in there ... and it's only the editing that is making it 'the Bear show' ?

What do they make of two of the major players in the house, who have been his enemies throughout, admitting that it is Bear who is "keeping it interesting" ... and that they don't want him to go for that reason ?

That has been the first true and honest thing Renee and Aubrey have said since they entered the house ...it's about time they kept it real

I wondered what Aubrey and Renee fans would think of this!

They only say that because they are getting along at the moment. However, the only reason they are getting along is through their shared belief that Bear is annoying. They're all ignoring each others negative habits and behaviour, because there is a bigger enemy in the house. If Bear were to be evicted, the biggest annoyance taking up all the attention would have left, bringing other negative traits to the foreground.

I agree that a lot of them seem boring, and Bear is providing the drama, but they themselves nor we can be sure whether or not it'd be boring without him, because they have yet to endure each other without him present, and we have yet to see it. We've seen many times before where when an entire group defeats a common enemy, they turn on each other.

Yep as a viewer I still don't find him interesting, or entertaining in the slightest. Agree with Frankie said Bear is a bully.

Yes, because without Bear, they couldn't get their A-Game going with the others, perhaps? They're thinking from a manipulative-grabbing the camera's attention point of view. Better a prick in the house in which they can get their own drama involved (although they don't have to get themselves involved, Bear just picks out who he's going to be a arsehole to at that moment). They, along with we, don't know who on earth they could dramatically interact with because Bear and BB has never given a chance for the other housemates to be seen other than an extension of the Bear story line. The other housemates are not like Aubrey or Renee (or Bear, Lewis, Chloe, & Marnie, in fact) in which they have their come from the reality TV culture - they are just pig sick with the psychological cancer Bear spreads over them.

If the other housemates were allowed to shine, only then, would I be informed enough to make the judgement that yes, they were in fact boring as crap and not just miserable and low because of one bloody man causing grief wherever he goes and clearly being allowed to. Shockingly, even Frankie is not his usual self but, he's not acting like the other reality TV famewhores at the moment. Aubrey and Renee are thankful for Bear because he also makes their story lines relevant and they don't have to go out of their own way to be bitches themselves to the others to keep them in the limelight.

Neither do I. I find him the least entertaining tbh. I find a 5 year old more entertaining.

Maybe they're just trying different tactics with him?

Regardless, it's boring with him in. In fairness though, this current crop aren't pulling their weight enough.

It would be a completely different show without Bear on there.

They're making the assumption, that quite a few do, that the show without Bear would simply be the show as it is now but without him which quite frankly is ridiculous.

For a start, Aubrey and Renee may well have been evicted had Bear not been there.

The whole dynamic would be completely different.

Hmmm......no marks hitching themselves onto the bandwagon of a Housemate that has been saved three times (so they know that he is liked outside) in an attempt to make themselves popular?

Well I'm quite happy for Renee to be evicted to keep the "entertaining" Bear in now.

Maybe they should consider making it more interesting then?

As for Bear, he bores the pants off me, just as an actual spoilt-brat toddler would if he was allowed free rein of the whole series of BB.

Bear is the only part of the show I don't fast forward, I couldn't care less what any of the other have to say.

Saved against weak and unpopular hm's is hardly a big deal. James Whale doesn't need to jump on the back of anything as he;'s more popular than bore, he got more votes than him when he was up against him.

This is what people kept spouting when Marc was in the regular house a couple of years back, he left and other characters (Harry Amelia for example) came to the forefront.

That series was boring when Marc left, Harry IMO had some real issues. Marc made that series just like Bear is making this series.

They're aware this is a TV show, they know there is nothing much worth showing on the TV about the bores, fence sitters and radar dodgers.

That diary room thing last night seemed very odd and out of the blue how they have suddenly changed there minds about bear after all he has put them through, it seems very suspicious. I dont think reene is ever someone who forgets

All these comments about the other housemates being boring if bear wasnt there then they would be able to be themselves they wouldnt be frightened and intimidated bear brings the house down, the mood down people are scared to speak and give opinions because of him. Im sure if it wasnt there it would be a much more fun house with great characters.

And bb is obsessed with making it the bear show to cross promote there other show and think its what all other viewers want but it isnt.

I believe that Heavy going has calmed the hose a lot .
Renee has only been a major player recently !
I like Aubrey and think she has a lot to offer but she is not high on the popularity polls!

He probably is potentially one of the big players! He doesn't expect anyone to agree with him but he has bear sussed .

Blimey the tide really seems to be turning somewhat. Renee and Aubrey are now giving Bear some kind of begruding credit, while on this forum the avalanche of hate seems to be giving way to conspiracy theories left right and center.
