This will keep on going round in circles.... I like Bear but I can understand why some people hate him. He is genuinely the only housemate who has made me laugh this series. Katie and Heavys argument was also quite funny mind. It was good to see Katie speak.

Actually, this was a fair comment from Pitman. How do you, as a supporter of Bear, feel now that he's getting on with people instead of winding them up?
Do you think he's staying true to his original character or is he compromising to have a chance at winning the show?

Don't get me wrong I don't want him getting on with everyone and completely changing. However, Bear and Aubrey have been getting on for a few days now and Renee has always had a soft spot for him. I think he will continue to wind people up though.

From what I've seen there's a lot more 'nicey-nicey' chats with people in general, some laughs here and there and even some tears tonight to show he's not a cold, wuffluss person.
The wind-ups are less vindictive and hurtful with a playful side all of a sudden too so I'm going to be interested to see how the producers present their star to us in the coming days.

I think he's been getting on with people for a while now but it hasn't been shown.
In the LF he was enjoying a civilised game of bowls with Ricky and James. He seemed quiet and almost subdued.

He smashes some eggs again in tonight's episode but this time Renee doesn't get angry she just throws water over him in a fun way. Maybe they have finally found out how to deal with him?

he probably does a couple of stunts during the day to make the highlights, gets loud and bolshy when there are nominations or evictions on, the rest of the time he is the normal boring Stephen who drinks tea a lot

Of course that's what he meant. The notion that he likes any of these people for themselves is laughable. They're all just props to be used in the show by him. Sadly some will fall for it in hopes of being left alone and to survive to the end.

I'm all for that but we'd have to watch him on the show, maybe they can give him a task where he has to clean his teeth, that should keep him in the bathroom for a few weeks?

No one is confirmed yet, I don't even think that actual series has been confirmed either. I would expect to see Bear back on the show but you never know.
