They are all overpaid on the celeb version. The normal BB though always pays people very little, certainly compared to the US version.

I heard both Darren and Jeremy at the time was the lowest ever with 25k-30k. So Bear had less than half that!
Given we had a newspaper article reporting that Aubreys BF had broken up with her (untrue) id be sceptical about any newspaper articles - its all BS.

Pretty sure it is ever. Never seen one less than 20k.
It's a good fee - some people earn less that in a year; after all, it's not like he's actually famous or anything (who is in there

I'm just going by the article, which says he's the lowest paid this series.
I imagine they pay as low as they can, he accepted the amount.
Jeremy said something about 2,000, but I can't imagine he meant it.

Really? If he's broke already after doing Ex on the Beach he can't be much cop at managing his finances! After CBB what is there for him - what kind of a career in 'showbiz' do you think he's going to have, unless he goes into TOWIE or something - and I doubt they could control him
