And then Bear mentions they were only together for two months a little while later in the show. So it was hardly a great love story. I would of felt much more sympathy if it had been a long term relationship.

I can't see what Lilli would get out of staging that, her only hope for publicity out of this would have been as his girlfriend afterwards. She's done now, newspapers / media won't be interested in her now the attention will be on Bear and whoever he shackles up with next.

I'm going to ignore the endless conspiracy theories and just say this: Bear has sold his soul to the devil. I believe that he had real, deep feelings for this girl, but the fact is, he wants to win at all costs, more than he wants to be with her. So, he puts on this big act while in the house- the wild and crazy guy, the "lad's lad". Lillie confronting him has caused his mask to slip, if only for a day. She doesn't know who this "new" Bear is, and she's said as much. It was a real, giant slap in the face, and one she needed because she can do better. Honestly, if my so-called boyfriend was caught messing around with a melted blowup doll like Chloe, I would drop him in a heartbeat.
