You know they sign massive contracts before entering the house that basically waives all their rights? Part of that will be an NDA, which if broken would leave them open to legal action. If an individual was sued by a corporation it could leave them bankrupt for the rest of their lives.

I doubt you'd hear anything publicly but F&F probably know the truth.

They definitely had confidentiality clauses on C4s CBB. I'm watching CBB5 at the moment and on BBLB Germaine Greer mentioned them.

I also think people are taking the term "scripted" too literally. Set up is probably what a lot of people mean, I don't think they mean it's literally scripted.

I did wonder it was all set up in some part, or orchestrated by some but I really don't know. Bear seemed genuinely shocked and upset, probably more the fact he's been played rather than playing others.

Also when he was talking later, he failed to see that the whole situation between him and Chloe was totally wrong because he had a girlfriend on the outside, and from what we've seen over the past two weeks that fits perfectly. In his eyes he doesn't do anything wrong and it's the others that are the problem. He doesn't appear to have any awareness of when he is doing something wrong or how his actions can affect people. That's classic symptoms of some condition no doubt.
