James being far too kind about Bear.
He's a KNOB, but if he was brought up properly, he might not be such a knob - and someone needs to bring him up, even though he's a frikkin grown up.
Basically James being diplomatic, and his tongue is rather in his cheek.
And he really wanted to go.
