If you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 or are thinking about buying one a word of advise would be to put on a screen protector or put it in a case, possibly both. The Note 7 has dropped 3 levels of hardness with Gorilla Glass 5 which seems to be aimed at being more shatter resistant than scratch resistant. Its almost like having a plastic screen!

While I don't doubt the screen scratches easily, I'm always wary of these reviewers when they always seem to have a case of promoting D-Brand skins or any other form of accessories including screen protectors.

This video review has no promotion of any screen protector or case so you don't have to worry.

Thanks for the info. Note 7 is on my shopping list (once the price drops as it inevitably will).

I'll get a good quality glass screen protector as I hate having my phone in a case.

The Note 7 has to be the best looking phone I have ever seen (especially the black version) but it's too jewel like for me.

I don't like to look after my phones too much, so it would probably be wrecked within the first few weeks.

A glass screen protector will be slab like, won't that be awkward with not covering the curved edges of the screen?

3D screen protector will alleviate that problem/

Finding a decent fitting screen protector for a curved screen phone is a nightmare from my experience.

If you need Samsung Galaxy Note 7 type C cable, you can try eseekgo type C cable. It is charger fast and very durable. Worth a try!

I wouldn't risk using non OEM cables
