Data Sim question

Are there any mobile data sims out there that work on a mobile also. The best network coverage where I live is on O2 and Vodafone (both 4G).

All mobile data SIMS will AFAIK work for DATA in a mobile.....the question is more "can you add more credit to the account to use for calls and SMS".

You can do this on 3 mobile data SIMs for one.

That wouldn't be a huge problem seeing as I have recently got the OnePlus X, and it's dual sim. As I said O2 and Vodafone seem to offer the best coverage where I live. EE and Three are rubbish here at the moment.
