Prior to CBB, I couldn't have cared less about Samantha Fox. But after reading some of the vicious comments on this site, I'm rooting for her. Sam to win!
I saw a tv programme about Sam & her late partner several years ago (Sorry, can't remember what it was called) and she is HUGE overseas... She gets gifts pretty much every day, I seem to remember her showing off a beautiful electric guitar - that she does play lol - I think she does quite a few well paid gigs too. I'd love to see her on the guitar, I bet she's really good 
I should imagine she has plenty of fans in the UK too... Not sure though as she is fairly low key.

I'm on the fence with Sam but all for her winning in the beginning and I'm wondering if, perhaps, it's our perception of who we thought she was before going in? I thought she would be feisty, bubbly, talkative, and quite the east end girl laugh a minute, but she appears much more shrewder, buttoned up emotionally to a degree, and slightly serious. When she gets defensive she comes across as quite passive-aggressive. But, is this the CBB edit of her? She is actually well liked within the house, so she's doing something right and it's not being shown much.

Most of us aren't as chirpy in our 50s as we were in our late teens and twenties. I'm not liking Sam as much as I thought I would but I don't hate her either. Although she has a new girlfriend now, she is still grieving for her deceased partner - it's only been a year and it will still be fairly raw.
To the poster who said she is "evil" that's a very strong word, why do you think that?

Perhaps not an army - she didn't get the most votes. But she got more than James and Lewis so it seems there is a regiment or two.
I went off her with her comments about Chloe at the start. Was expecting a lot more lfrom her.

Thing is, the dirty old men who used to leer at Sam back in the 80's were probably 15,16,17 year old lads any way getting their first glimps of "porn" Trust me any one much older that that would have had the oppotunity to much more available erotica. " They Joy of Sex", was a must have for any active married couple.
