No you are being rude and you know it. And sorry but the BIB is the most ironically hilarious thing I've read in ages

If you don't like my posts, put me on ignore. I'm sure I'll get other the trauma.

Could not agree with you more Eva. Its a real mystery why some of these people even bother watching the show if they don't like it. I guess they like wasting their lives away.

Get off this forum then.
Seriously, if you have such a deep-seated hatred of a TV show then you need to see a therapist. Better to spend your time hating & criticising something which actually affects people's lives.

Deep seated hate? Need to see a therapist? Think you're taking people seeing the humour in a pantomime a little too seriously,
It's car crash tv at its finest and the live show forums are a joy.
Leave those of us who enjoy the laughs to indulge each other and please don't be so rude as to tell people to 'get off the forum' just because we see the comedy in something you take seriously

I don't watch TV shows I don't like, and nor do most ordinary people. It's a tad annoying to see this forum infested with arrogant people such as yourself who are oddly excited to see the show fail, and who feel like they know more than experienced TV producers do.

We all hold our own opinions, though. Rather than being here - go post on something you do enjoy! Feel positivity!

Hello

Hopefully we are allowed to post our opinion on this thread now without being reported!

Blimey, I could quote you a million times moaning because the show is predominantly pop, not the genres you normally go for

I like your name, satellite. It seems oddly appropriate. As if you're orbiting a dense ball of unknowable/unspeakable anti-matter with the mass of several billion suns (such as Simon Cowell's ever-widening forehead). Yet you survive, nay, ride the formidable gravitational pull one would expect from such a massive entity and cheerfully fire off irreverent missives onto the pages of Digital Spy regarding overrated X Factor contestants.

I think I might just love you.

People on here are missing the complete point of the thread, but then that doe'snt surprise me as its just a chance to have a pop at Fleur. HILARIOUS.

Ha the Irony

The difference being that your posts are EXACTLY the same as last year. Fleur is here and Fleur is there and Fleur is appearing here and Fleur can be seen in this newspaper

It's more a Fleur promotional campaign that XFactor discussion

I hear rumours that Louis Alesha and Fleur have already picked the final 3 to go through.

I guess the top 16 has been scrapped now? or will we get a wildcard.

The thread is for people that are interested in what Fleur is doing which is why admin changed the title. Not for those that don't have the time of day for Fleur. Just saying.

I'm so on board with this view. I'm sure when it comes to judges houses Alesha and Fleur will look pretty and deliver their scripted lines perfectly. They know full well what they're really there for, and any music career success they can get out of it as a springboard is just a cherry on top.

EDIT: And Re people not being allowed to criticise or laugh at the show - we only do it when the show is so bad at covering its own tracks. I - along with many others on here - used to be a more genuine XF fan who would watch to see the contestants' journeys and believe that the judges actually had input. Its just that over the years, they've made it seem - visibly - that this is less and less the case. I don't know - and I don't want to get into or start a discussion over - whether this has always been the case or whether something has changed, but if we don't criticise and offer opinions on the bits of the show we don't like now, how are the producers ever going to get feedback to bring back the things people actually like and will tune in for?

It's generally fans of something that are the most loudly critical when something changes about something we love - 'haters' never cared in the first place and wouldn't put themselves to the hassle of watching a show they don't like ANY part of.

I think that both Alesha and Fleur have enough musical knowledge to deliver their won thoughts on the contestants performance, most of whom will not be very good anyway.

Maybe it's high time that Fleur East thread was moved to the appreciation section where it belongs, then. The two of you can then continue your little dialogue, and nobody else will bother you with any dissenting opinions.

As for the actual discussion of this thread, the whole judges-houses-guests element has become a total joke. I could see Simon having Sinitta, as the two of them go wat back (), equally when Louis had some guy from Westlife or Boyzone, but does anyone actually believe that Louis has this long standing relationship with Alesha and Fleur, and that's why he has asked them ??? Probably the same people that still believe the judges and their guests do the actual selection themselves...

I'm still laughing over the idea that producers are continung to try to make Fleur East "happen". Talk about flogging a dead horse.

I don't understand the negativity towards Fleur. She was a great performer and I'm optimistic for her next album.

In relation to Alesha, I like her it's a good sign she'll be back on BGT next year perhaps if she's invited to appear on another Cowell show.

Admin has decided that the Fleur Discussion thread should be on this section of the forum, as they did with the Little Mix Discussion thread. If you have a problem with this then the best thing is to contact them.

i think its more a reaction to the delusional over the top hype we get from certain posters about her rather than any genuine negativity

she is what she is, an above average karaoke singer with a marketable look that has been rammed down our throats by SYCO and still struggled to have any real success that wasn't artificially bought

Well I have to strongly disagree. Seems there's a lot of users out there being OTT about her so called lack of talent.

it depends what you are comparing her "talent" to

if you are comparing her talent to people who have had genuine success then she does have a "lack of talent"

if you are comparing it to someone who sings karaoke down your local pub then she is talented

and i repeat the majority of the criticism of her is down to her being rammed down people's throats as the "next big thing"
