Why on earth would this character ever return now, the only logical reason she would have ever came back was if she was involved in Andys exit. I could have seen chrissie paying her to come back and reveal the extent of Andys abuse but without him why would she come back.

She has no home, no family,no job and no real friendships to return for ( I know her and Sam were friendly but no way near close enough that she would come back for him when they haven't spoken in eight years and were never that close in the first place)

I hope it just the actress trying yo get press attention again as she really has nothing to bring to the show, and to be honest she can't really act.

I thought Jo was great, she was one of my favourite characters at the time. Roxane says they have a storyline in mind so I'm going to wait and see if she ever does come back and if so what the storyline is.

I couldn't see how she would work again to be honest. I found her character to be very disposable and I wasn't gutted to see her go.

The only way i could see her returning would be for a few episodes. Let's say that Andy decided to track down Jo and try to make amends and plead for forgiveness for beating her up. But no point now with Andy gone,

I may be wrong here but I get the impression from the actress is that she is one who embellishes the truth, I think she seemed to enjoy fame and is struggling that it has disappeared.

I don't see any reason to bring her back from a logical point of view as the character has no reason to return and would only have bad memories of the place. Also she wasn't the type of character that had a fanbase of fans desperate to see her back, she was largely forgettable other than being remembered as slugdens victim.

I think if she does come back in a way it would change the audience dynamics of side with Andy over chrissie if you have a constant reminder of his domestic abuse ( which along with harming animals and sexual crimes seems to be the more unforgivable) people would start to root for chrissie in her quest to destroy him and keep him banished or locked up.
