What a waste of a housemate space.
He literally is a waste of space in that respect.
Just go Ricky. In fact...Get out of that house. Sling yer hook. Get out of that house now!!!!

No and neither would I. I don't particularly like eggs at the best of times and the thought of sloppy eggy stuff would have me gagging before I'd even got it to my mouth.

Don't worry, he will be the last one out

what I find amazing is that he got the most votes to save on Friday I didn't know he was in there until Emma read his number out

Oh well, at least wimpy Ricky has got the 'I wouldn't either' brigade supporting him.

Neither would I, but then again I wouldn't sign up for, and accept payment for something that required me to do so. It's like a soldier accepting his or her pay every month, and then refusing to fight.

In other words, if you sign up for something, accept the consequences.

I find him completely pathetic.

I'm guessing when Ricky signed up, they either omitted to tell him or he didn't know he'd be asked to drink egg nog.

Had to google it, I thought you were talking about Heavy D who also would have been up for anything.

You're right, he's not a team player, but I wonder if any of the others will bother putting him up next week knowing he was most popular last week.

Off topic slightly, I've always blamed Ricky for pissing off Eastenders which resulted in Fatboy dying a really horrible death

I do understand why Ricky wanted to do BB after the awful time he has had, but I don't think he was emotionally ready. He seems very vulnerable and I think he has struggled to cope with Bear. He is so guarded that he is wary of doing or saying anything that may affect the way he is viewed. It seems that there is still too much going on inside Ricky still, so we are not seeing his light-hearted, fun side. However, I am enjoying his one on one chats with James, Bear and other HMs.”

I love the fact that Ricky sticks to his guns and doesn't care what people think of him. Good for Ricky!

I would agree if I hadn't seen him on live feed, when he is having fun. He knows how the show works, and knows the favouritism that goes on. He just has to do his time, not embarrass himself and collect his fee. He can't, and wouldn't want to compete with the reality show trash.

Well he certainly doesn't care what his own team think about him for not even trying.

The Celebs are meant to go in as themselves not as their TV or stage persona....that's the whole point. I can remember people moaning that Julian Clarey wasn't being a stand up comedian 24/7 in his series and was too quiet.

Hang on- I never said anything about wanting to see Fatboy on screen, I was just pointing out his character would (probably, as hes not real!!) have participated in the tasks.

My issue is with Ricky not participating and being a team player, as is the point of going on the show in the first place.

Try not to mistake me for one of the people who has whined about him being boring and whatnot, as that is not what the point of the thread is about, and is not what i wrote in the original post.

I Like Ricky and was looking forward to him going in there ,I thought he'd be Funny ,throw himself into the tasks ,serious when needed and an all round good HM going by what he's like on BOTS

However I've been really disappointed in him ,from what we've seen he's been Uptight ,and a right Mard-Arse ,and if the whole thing is beneath him

Well he didn't do it. So I'm guessing there was nothing in his contract and payment stating his was required to. In which case you'd be fine too.

I'm confused, are all of you new to Big Brother?? They have been eating century eggs on there for years!!! One popped up in the civilian series!!!

Secondly, they're a bloody delicacy how would they make you ill?? Rotten yes, but they're preserved in a way that makes them safe to consume.

He won't be getting an invite from the higher rated "IACGMOOH" any time soon, that's for sure

He's not a good enough sport

What about all those who didn't try in the shopping task this week when he won his part. I haven't seen him moaning about them.

I turned a blind eye to him refusing yesterdays task but there was no excuse for refusing todays. Poor show.

Ricky just wants an easy ride get his paycheck & go home. He's getting paid to be on a tv show to entertain people not just sit in the background. I have seen him on bit on the side before & he seemed very lively & opinionated etc but he's just to self conscious & afraid to make a fool of himself. When Chloe & Aubrey were blind folded & had to eat disgusting things even they managed to give it a good go. Ricky is a waste of housemate sits on the fence, boring & doesn't get involved in tasks.

Hope he gets evicted next seriously would anyone actually notice or miss him if he goes. They are probably struggling to put together any best bits from him apart from him just sitting there in the background.

Ricky might have gagged because of the look and taste, but nothing about a century egg would have made him seriously ill. Those eggs are not rotten, they're preserved. They're a Chinese delicacy and I like them!
