I would have thought that it was Endemol who paid the celebrities because it's their show. Five only broadcast it.

Yes, I agree with you. They are chalk and cheese. Helen had a deep down nastiness about her that she recognised and embraced.. Bear is totally lacking in self awareness and, IMO does not realise the hurt he causes some people.

I didn't see her series so I've looked up Helen Wood, and my god.

What an irredeemable c**t, the way she treated people was appalling. Brian Belo is an idiot but he didn't deserve what I just saw, even though he basically hung himself with the amount of rope he was giving her.

She's worse than Bear in my opinion, how did she win? I've seen a lot of comments about it being a set-up, was an old client of hers a higher up I wonder?

Bear does not hurt any housemate, he has done nothing bad to any of them.

Interesting to see on the betting exchanges Bear is a fairly strong favorite to now win the show, rickys odds drifting.

ROOFLESS! ROOFLESS! But seriously, he's nowhere near as bad as Helen.

I think everyone wondered how on earth she won. Everyone (apart from a very few) seemed to hate her.

I didn't like the way his gang tried to intimidate James, but apart from that, I think it's been pretty much harmless (but irritating) wind-ups.

Apart from Alexandra, and she didn't last long, I don't think anyone came even close to how awful Helen was.

BB just threw away the rule book with regards to Helen Wood. For example, in the final week they allowed the former HMs she had been friendly with back into the house, letting them spend as much time with Helen as they wished. They proceeded to give her the heads up on what was being said about her on the outside, and telling her in which way she should up her game. How's that for bias .. ?

she received a pass to the final and by the end she pretty much calmed down and apoligised for what she done and said she has to change her ways she basically played the public loool.

BB15 I think?
Jason won this year and Chloe won last year, so yes it was the year before Chloe won.

I don't find him remotely entertaining and him being allowed to do whatever he likes is not BB. And BB is no longer in control so this is the end of once a great program which has entertained the world!”

People are fond of re-writing history as far as Helens victory goes. Simply she won it because in the moment the majority of people connected emotionally with her , admired the personal development she showed in the house and despite her problematic character got behind her as she finally revealed a more sensitive and caring side - and as a result - quite simply the majority of people voted for her = 2015 BB winner.
By all means people are free to dislike Helen but re-writing history to the effect that an almost unanimously hated figure won is kinda absurd .

TBH I think that series was biased from the moment she entered the house. That old fashioned phrase FOUL PLAY springs to mind.

Helen showed different sides of her she wasn't one dimensional like Bear and she showed remorse and apologized for her behavior even if it was genuine or not.

If bear wins, then that's what the public want.

I don't want him to win.

Nothing is as bad as Helen Woods winning.
So no, it won't be anywhere near as bad as that if Bear wins.

They're trying to give us a fake redemption storyline for Bear during the last week, just like they tried to with Helen. Sam's revelation about her having to see the medic because of him is an example of that.
