I'd have held his coat

I'm stunned that creep Stepehn Bear hasn't had seven bells knocked out of him.

Mind you, he probably surrounds himself with like minded tools that can take care of anyone that would show their displeasure at his rancid and socially unacceptable behaviour. But hey, like attracts like

I like his song Livin La Vida Loca.

He's had a tough time in recent years and takes full responsibility for that. He's clearly a talented actor as his EE character was SO different to what he's like on CBB.

Every housemate who has lived with Stephen and Colin without having some kind of nervous breakdown gets my utmost respect and deserves every penny of their paycheck.”

You're brave!

I missed more than 2 weeks and continue to miss many episodes. I rarely see an entire episode out so kudos to you having a marathon.

Funnily enough I avoided the show because I was bored with Groundhog Bear. Y'know the one who made the show apparently.

Ricky has only disappointed me twice: once in the early days for not going far enough tackling something - can't recall now - with the Squad but in hindsight understandable and last night he looked thoroughly miserable during the task. Not a biggie but still. Oh and nominating James. Forgot that - ddn't like that. But he is a good egg so I'll forgive him. (Hope I've not spoiled your catch up with that bombshell!)

I'm not watching them all Can't get onto them. The TV3 player (playback site) is shoite I'm up to where Ricky's talking to Bear about how to move on after the girlfriend arrived in. She seemed relatively classy (by RTV standards - what the hell was she doing with that moron - sorry ye've all already had that conversation).

I also find Bear very monotonous. He has no off-switch, no empathy, no wit or dazzle. He's a big toddler and a massive bore, IMO. He'll probably win though.

But not enough principles to say no to going on a reality show and then doing nothing to earn his fee....

Oh he's earned his fee. Just beacause he hasn't upset, tormented or goaded other hhm's to the point of tears and angry frustration, does not mean he hasn't been a worthy housemate.

In fact his calmness, gentleness and cool demeanour have made him a firm favourite with me. I hope he wins.

Nothing to earn his fee?!?

There isn't a fee large enough to compensate hms for having to live with Stephen and Colin; the utterly tedious morons.

I would rather see Bear win than Ricky , i can't stand Ricky , he seems so fake and disingenuous to me , his annoying American accent gets on my nerves as well

Each to their own, but you could be well right in your assessment.

Who wants to live with an overgrown, ugly bleached headed, nail polish, pearl braclet & boa wearing, screeching manchild that winds people up to the point of frustration.

Yeah, no wonder Ricky's p*SSed off. I know I would be too,

Kudos to the man, in the face of such provocation, for holding his temper and being as gentle and calm as he is.

He's probably gone in there for the dosh like the rest of them. I don't think anyone thought the less of him at the time for what that woman did to him, in fact most felt sympathy and were sorry to see him go. He was always a lovely bloke and still is.

I agree. The fact that he snaps occasionally while having to live with an overgrown toddler makes him normal and human, not a 'bad guy'. I think Ghandi would have thought about knocking Bear out at times.

I don't watch EE's and had never heard of Ricky before CBB so had absolutely no pre conceived ideas. I've reead on here that he was involved in some sort of scandal which I presume involved a kiss and tell or the like but deliberately not goggled as I want to judge the HMs by what I see in the house, nothing more.

I love his aura and his laid back gentle demeanor. He gives off a really calm vibe of inner peace and thats the sort of person I am drawn to.

Boring sly and two faced, when Bear's nomination of him was shown it was so true and brilliant.
