Agree with all of the above! I don't know what it is about Elise - it's not exactly smugness, I don't think, it's something like a sense of entitlement oozing from her. Anyone else would have been worried about not getting the slices of peach all the same size, but not Elise. It's that skating by attitude that grated with me tonight - and George wasn't happy with the mess she was making, was he? - when we're always being told how precise you have to be with desserts. Although Zoe didn't do herself any favours by not following the recipe and messing up the sorbet.
