Just a tad. Or several million tads. I suppose the majority must like it. Of all the nights I can't drink because of the particular antibiotics I'm on, it had to be this one. Not sure tea's going to get me through it.
I'm in love with Elise's fiancé though. With luck he had a cunning plan. |

And the strawberry and vanilla. We'll have a pannacotta or something similar.

But a savoury pannacotta with a sweet strawberry jelly and a puffed wheat. So inventive...not!

Seriously, I can't believe the judges never go "but we've seen this from you so many times before".
I thought they were all about development? |

Of course she's being inventive! She's done an oblong rather than a sphere

Oh dear, the freekeh didn't work. Back to the original "soil" but with thyme! Wow! Pushing the boat out. 🙄
Even odds she does a dessert in the next round, can someone bin the moulds in the interim? |

With a crumb, and a praline. I am hoping that Matt, George and Gary are going to tell her that they are disappointed that she didn't take the road less travelled rather than making something she's already done 1000 times during the competition.
Taking bets now on family members coming through the double doors? |

![]() Although on second thoughts I would have expected them to come in to taste. Like that they asked about her use of gelatine, but disappointed they didn't highlight the fact that she has made no progress. Poor Harry ![]() ETA: Think Elena will be skipping ahead. |

I couldn't be happier for Elena, she seems genuinely nice and always cooks what I'd want to eat - sailing through tonight, surely

Right person straight through! Laughed at Matt and George scoffing the lot whilst Gary talked.
Elise can have another crack at dessert, at least. |
