I couldn't be happier for Elena, she seems genuinely nice and always cooks what I'd want to eat - sailing through tonight, surely
She seems lovely - I didn't notice her at first which when you think about it says a lot! No faffing around or complaining, just head down and learning and producing the goods.

At least with Elena there is a bit of creativity & diversity... does Elise actually know any other desserts other than parfaits, panna cotta, sorbet & ice cream, brownies & chocolate spheres...🤔

Matt or Harry should have chosen the hot sauce - just to mess with Elise's head.

She said it! Playing to her chuffing strengths 😡😡

She may have screwed them all over with her love of the wobbly stuff

I do start to wonder about her ability.

Gelatine - she's strategic.

Please let her get beaten at her own game by the boys today. Matt and Harry are both incredibly skilled, and not at all one-dimensional.

ETA: Sounds like even the gantry ex-competitors are thinking that Elise is making a mistake and not stretching herself enough.

And finally, what we've been saying for weeks is taking hold on the gantry...

And now the judges are finally saying it.

Why didn't they mention it 7 or 8 weeks ago?!

Not only on the gantry now...Gary's just asked her, and doesn't sound impressed please let this get her eliminated.

Haaaaa, they're all doubting the parfait! Hurrah. Maybe she'll doubt herself and try to add something bonkers and it'll be a big failure? Here's hoping.

Can you imagine what she'd make in a 3 course final? Chicken Liver Parfait followed by a 'fresh' savoury ice cream followed by a mousse sphere for dessert.

Perhaps her restaurant will be called Practically Parfait....

(and she can dress as Mary Poppins)

Harry's done the mystery box dumplings before and they didn't comment. Neither of them have done the same thing practically every cook so he should be OK.

I think that the fact they hadn't done them basically every single cook means they are exempt from the same criticism that Elise has opened herself to.

The judges don't seem to mind in general when people recreate something similar to a dish they've seen in a restaurant or chef challenge, so long as it's not an exact copy. It's still showing skills and development and some creativity.

I think Matt's won this one. Not sure who's going though. Probably Harry, although I would prefer Elise.

Unless Harry's seriously screwed up I think that he might be safe. Elise has got ice crystals in her sorbet.
