If Elise wins as many of us expect it will end one of this threads long-time conspiracy theories that the winner's gender is chosen by the production team before hand to give us alternative women/men winners...

Having said all that, the 3 of them would out-cook most of the contestants on Masterchef the Professionals.
I've said that a couple of times in different places. Balancing a dish is hammered into them - you watch the so-called pros and you can tell in advance that the critics are going to pick up on there being no textural element, etc.

There's a tall thin and dare I say dorky looking one who I simply don't remember! And another older dark haired guy who I imagine is someone who walked in off the street

Harry doing his usual thing of losing confidence in his dish. Thanks to Shannon this time.

Should Shannon be voicing his concerns about Harry to the judges, they'll be looking for this possible problem now when tasting the cannelloni ...

She's embedded on my brain following the thread today. Elena yes...

(Although they could bring Elise back in in a dramatic twist tomorrow just to see this thread explode )

Yes, although I'd guess he's done the same about the others and we didn't see it, because he did start by saying there were a few concerns creeping in and we only heard that one, which we already knew. All part of the cunning plan to keep us guessing?

Multi-quotedness due to receiving a very unwanted phone call!

I would literally not watch the final!

I hope that's all it is, darn editing ...

Mmmm. Elena's looking in trouble, somewhat surprisingly...
And Harry! Why would he choose artichokes? So much time for so little end product (delicious though)

Matt seems to be sailing through it - but is this another editing red herring?

Can someone tell me what Elise is doing now as W decided to cut the last episode short (why does that happen?).
There was no graphic, but she said in a voice-over while hugging the judges after being eliminated that she was going to have her own cake store.

As much as I like Matt ( although rooting for Elena). He is a good cook but surely if all he wants is a Food Truck !! I'm sure there will be many top restaurants happy to employ him.

As each drama unfolds I'm shouting encouragement to each and every one of them, I don't think I've ever been so happy with a top three, I just want them to do their best!

It's a nice change, isn't it, especially since all of them have learned and listened to advice and got better. There's usually at least one potential winner who loses an elimination unexpectedly and one or more in the semi final who got a bit lucky.

They are seriously not impressed by Harry's dish. If Elena can pull herself together and get her dish up she's not done yet...

That's exactly how I feel.

They're all great and they all deserve to win.

I know it's an unfashionable notion these days and probably irrelevant but they also seem to be incredibly nice young folk

Looks as if Elena's done well but I don't get why she couldn't have put more sauce on when she was plating - she knew it needed it.
