I think it's because he spends every waking minute telling anyone who will listen how incredibly likeable he is.
He's a walking PR machine for himself. That's it. Nothing else going on there.
You would think the Loose Women would have learned their lesson from their investment in the Streremy charade.
Once they've been evicted I don't want to see them on TV, so I go out of my way to avoid them. Lewis is one of the most unlikable HMs I've seen and I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than watch him any more.

Same here - I don't watch Loose Women, so that was a good start, but I would actually switch off if he was on anything he was on.

She played nice for most of the interview and then right at the end of the interview her true feelings started to come out with suggestions about stuff we hadn't seen that had been edited out of the show.
I don't think that was a dig about Grant. I think perhaps Anthea had heard more about what was really going on in there and thought it best for Grant to be out of it.
