Does the BB Twitter page usually mention someone threatening to leave? I always though they only mention it if said person actually left

I think the FM means there's been no mention of her doing anything or saying anything, as in 'at 11:57 Katie washed her teeth' or something of that ilk

Yes, it is.
I think she had quite an internal struggle deciding to come on the show, she mentioned it obviously - regarding having to face the judgement of the public and the media again after the tough time she had had during and after The X Factor. I can't imagine myself wanting to go through that again, especially as she's settled and happy over in the USA.
I think she also has talked about wanting to have a baby, so perhaps the money is a baby fund.
Either way, I can't see her leaving (walking out that is) before she's evicted.
Have to say, I like her and have enjoyed the little moments on live feed with her and the girls chatting, I admired how sue put down Heavy D when he went in on her and I don't quite 'get' this strange dislike some have for her on here (which does seem rather extreme in some cases considering she's hardly appeared in the highlight shows at all, so presumably it's left-over from previous dislike regarding X Factor, which is a bit unfair in my opinion).

Nothing "strange" about not liking her. Why would you say that.
I find her incredibly annoying, insincere and that changing accent does my head in.
I never watched her on XFactor so that knocks your past dislike theory on the head,
I think Katie only suspected Frankie of being fake after that tweet was read out during the task. Severe paranoia then set in.

BB is always harshest for those who are not at peace with themselves. The chances are that she is (comparatively) weak and, not wishing to use the term 'unstable', not in a mentally relaxed state. Having it pointed out - so publicly - is pretty cruel. Homing in on her insecurities.
And it's not the first time either - Lewis patronised her about it too, and we know she detested that. Poor Katie.
