It truly is quite some ego Sam has - although I imagine that ego has kept her going all these years. You need an ego to be in any kind of 'showbiz' circle I imagine, be you A or Z lister. The only product you have to sell is yourself, so you have to believe in it!

It was about nominations or rather Frankie nominating her. She specifically said that she didn't believe Frankie's reasons for nominating her as she hasn't proved with a public vote that she is a threat. She intimated he was false and a liar because of his reasons for nominating her.

I always think the threat thing is a cop out nomination reason but most of them have used it including Katie I am sure. What were Katie's reasons for nominating Frankie as I missed that? He said in their conversation on the bed he thought she was coming for him and then said 'well you did' and she stumbled over explaining that.

She has lost it and she doesn't even seem to know why herself

Absolutely. And I think she was managed by Myra (think that's right) and I imagine she was probably had a regular pep talk about how fabulous she is. When you live with your PR machine you're going to take on board all the good stuff and believe the hype.

Her ego is off putting in there but I still like her. Our Sam is from another era.

My perception is that it WAS about the noms - Frankie even had to remind her that she'd nommed him.

She just didn't believe the 'reason' so she dug and dug, and Aubrey stuck her oar in and then Katie ASSUMED that Frankie had said she was unstable.

She seemed to want her FEARS confirmed, got it from AUBREY, and then went off piste.

She was unconvinced by Frankie's reasons, but ALSO outraged that he picked her at all - I think. She did keep saying 'they were friends'..

She is desperate to be in the final and not have to face the public vote.

Her desperation and fear and nutdom, to be honest, then came out in the worst way for her really.

I'm not sure that some of it wasn't divadom either, and attention seeking.

She's not the first person to underestimate the BB house and she won't be the last.

I think she must have talked herself into thinking that she would be ok if she was just really nice to people and avoided confrontation.

But you really have to have a long hard look at yourself before you put yourself in the BB house - and work out what your character failings are, because they will almost definitely be shown up.

And her character failings (if you'll excuse the term) are that she is weak and insecure and not very confident or articulate - exactly the type of things which are going to be brought into stark contrast when in a house filled with big personalities.

This meltdown was always waiting to happen, unless she happened to sail through the process to the final without a hitch. She is just not strong enough for this experience.

She lost it when the suggestion on weakness and instability was mentioned, not when they were talking about nominations specifically. Those two words are what triggered her subsequent 'losing it'.

I like her, she plays the game well. I think she's the only person in there who Bear admires, he sees her playing the game. She does it with more flair than he does, because she's remained well-liked and played the game.

Someone on BBOTs just talking about Katie and the X Factor and saying Katie blamed Cheryl for everything and took Cheryl down so it may have been a factor. Whatever - why come on Celeb BB to change perceptions, there are no guarantees they will change for the better even if you've been a sweetheart before e.g. Nadia. Also to me Katie's main concern in the diary was getting the money. I think that's more the motive. Also what a fuss when you've nominated the person who has nominated you? Just don't get that

I hear you, it's just that in terms of reality shows, she's no virgin. She has the benefit of experience, unlike some and she knows how venomous some fans can be on social media - she's been there, done that.

She should also know a bit about how brutal BB is in terms of exposure of 'self' and she should certainly know she's an insecure individual.

Her going on the show was a monumentally bad idea all round IMO. If she cannot see Aubrey's naked ambition - she's thicker than she looks Real friendships on BB are rare - HMs are fickle.

BB got exactly what they'd hoped for when they let HMs know who's voted for them. They were disappointed when the tweets were read out because nobody reacted, this time they got a hit, and without Bear stirring the pot for them.

Ricky was spot on too and I'm SO glad he saw through the act finally . She used him to prop her up in the first few weeks , then when she was nicely tucked in with her American buddies she shoved him aside and gave him the cold shoulder . Apparently she never said a word to him for 4 days ! How cruel is that ? No wonder he was looking depressed . Till he got the most votes then 🏃 💨💨WHOOSH ----she literally ran to be the first to hug him on camera and remind him (repeatedly)that she loved him . Pfft .

This is unusual but I disagree with you mugs (maybe first time ever!). Other HMs have described her behaviour this week as weird, different, desperate, etc. She was always going to blow and had already vented in the diary room after Frankie's nomination....projecting the falseness accusation onto him, just like she did the 'gameplayer' accusation last night, to Bear no less...the most dangerous HM to bitch to, unless you wanted him on side. Interesting that Frankie and Ricky have separately called HER out for some obvious gameplay this week.

IMO, she didn't have enough reason to wig out until she felt insulted by that comment. But I'd bet money that ANY slight would have set her off. She was itching to go at Frankie.

That "OMG we are like the same person and that's why we nominated each other" conversation was one of the weirdest,falsest conversations ever.

Yeah, you're right. It was a lot of words and affectations before they got to their point. And even then there wasn't much conviction from either. Very awkward.

The funny part was F & A thought:

b) she was going to be absolutely fine with it
