I thought the issue she had with Cheryl was to do with something Cheryl said about her in her book. I guess if you're going to print something about somebody then you can expect they might respond to what you print.
Katie tweeted a benign slur at Cheryl, about feeling betrayed. Then last year it kicked off big time. Don't know what triggered it, I've only seen Katie's comments about Cheryl and they were brutal. The Katie backlash happened during the show. Katie seemed so cocky and pretentious back then, but also very tearful and dramatic. Not likeable, which she has been in cbb. |

Heavy D has seen X Factor and thought the public hate Katie , so he saw attacking Katie as an easy to earn some brownie points with the public and save himself
Who are the 'public' ? There is no such thing as the 'public'. There are some sad internet trolls who seek gratification in trying to humiliate anyone who performs on tv . Did anyone see that programme recently presented by Frankie Bridge where she tried to find and confront some of the worst of those trolls ? |

She said she nominated him because she got the vibe that he was going to nom her . I think it's his fake tv friendship with her ,that she can't get her head around.

Sam is just as fragile as Katie by the way
It was on last night's show where it suddenly dawned on me what a sad figure Sam looked. All mayhem was breaking loose in the house and in the background you could see Sam fannying about putting makeup on. It occurred to me that she does this a lot. We become used to it with young female housemates but it seems odd for a female housemate of Sam's age to be attending to her makeup so often. I don't mean this to be harsh to her, it's just an observation about how her image seems to be the most important thing to her and all sorts can be going on and she's completely oblivious. On its own it means little, but it does seem significant when you consider her own comments about her 'fans' and how many records she's sold. I can't help thinking that ship has sailed past a long time ago now. It all feels a bit 'Norma Desmond'. This wasn't as obvious in the first couple of weeks. But now Sam seems to be such an irrelevant figure in there and casts a sad shadow of herself. Like she hasn't moved on over the years and still sees herself as the Sam Fox of the 1980s. I honestly don't intend to come across as mean, but I acknowledge that it's very difficult to make this point without it appearing so. I think that it may have transpired this way because housemates she may have had more in common with are no longer in the house and she strikes me as a more lonely forlorn figure now who doesn't connect with anyone and seems to be so very detached from the others. |

To be fair that was after his rather shocking, unprovoked goading of her.
