Frankie: I'm not gonna tell an unstable person she's unstable. I howled! First laugh out loud moment of the series for me.

Also, wasn't Aubrey stirring the pot there quite a significant amount? Hmmm.

She intercepted just at the point where Katie had nowhere left to go having admitted that she nominated him too.
I think Aubrey was just pointing out Katie's hypocrisy.

I don't need to look it up. It doesn't upset me that he used it.

Isn't it just exactly what you or I or anyone else would have said in the circumstances?

Oh my, I've heard it all now!!

When I get dressed up, my hubby wolf-whistles and I say seductively "tell me about it...stud". I didn't realise I'd been committing plagiarism for the last 22 years.

Eeh seriously?!

Very funny line from Frankie - loved it.

I found Sam's justification for having a Sharpie equally funny, boy does she take herself seriously.

A Crime Only if you try to pass it off as your own original clever banter on tv or in print

It's not a 'crime' anywhere. It's an offence punishable by expulsion only in an academic environment.

In the world of publishing, you have to be very careful about plagiarism. You can easily be sued. Not that any of that applies to a pretty ordinary response to a comment in conversation.

Of course it doesn't apply. Ridiculous argument.

It was a great line because of the delivery and the expression on Frankie's face and the context.

You can be sued for compensation if you plagiarise song lyrics or a paragraph from a book with out giving credit the original author/creator it happens all the time

Are you suggesting the sitcom writers could sue Frankie for using that line? Really, now - that is just plain ridiculous.

What on earth does any of this have to do with a few spoken lines in a conversation in BB?

I thought housemates weren't allowed to discuss their nominations at any time, including after they have been revealed, or is that changed now? Surely Frankie, Katie, Rennee and Aubrey should be due a reprimand from BB for breaking that rule so much last night?
