Series 9: I thought it was a bit too old, and I didn't know many of them tbh.
Series 10: Amazing, knew almost all of them.
Series 11: Underwhelming. Lots seemed like very dated celebs, I remember being very pleased about SEB and Deborah though.
Series 12: My favourite line up of all time when it was revealed, I knew everyone and I thought the inclusion of current pop stars Frankie and Pixie were great. Of course in reality, it turned out quite dull.
Series 13: Got more excited as it went on, pretty strong line up.
Series 14: Pretty similar to last year really, however I'm not a personal big follower of any of the signings really.

this years line up is as strong as last year bar Judge Rinder Ed Lesley and Melvin cant call it apart from that

This year is definitely on par with series 10 - those two are the best for me. I had heard of all but one both years.

I was agreeing with you until you said it turned out dull - I thought it was great! There were some amazing routines and quite a few very memorable contestants that year IMO.

I thought last year's line-up looked very weak on paper and had hardly heard of anyone, but it turned out pretty well in the end. This year looks better to me but Series 12 is unlikely to be beaten anytime soon!
