Just dropped Channel 5 an email
In the eviction episode where it was reported that Chloe Khan and Marnie Simpson polled the lowest it is fair to assume that one polled less "saves" than the other unless there was a freak of exact voting parity
Can you show me a copy of voting terms and conditions where it states the outcome will not be decided "wholly" by the least save votes?
The only reference seen to date in the T and Cs where this is made prominent is item 6 "In the event of a tie"
I believe that voters were being asked to spend money to save and that it is possible that they have been mislead
1) the least voted for could escape due to the intervention of a game of chance
2) the 2nd least voted to save would in the viewers eyes be entitled to be safe were it not for production intervention to nullify their intent and introduce a game of chacne
Terms and conditions
6 The Vote result
All eligible votes from the premium rate phone voting routes will be aggregated prior to any result announcement.
The result of the Vote, where practicable, will be announced during the relevant Big Brother or Celebrity Big Brother Eviction programme or final.
In the event of a tie, Big Brother’s decision as to the outcome of the Vote and/or the method of determining the outcome of the Vote is final and binding.
