It's a total long shot, but I'm hoping someone here can help me! I watched a Vine the other day, and there was a song playing in the background that was really familiar, and I can't place it at all.

That's the link there, I know it's a long shot as technically you can only just hear it in the background behind the rest of the sound, but hopefully someone knows it! I've definitely heard it on X Factor during sad/emotional moments, and searched for that but couldn't find it.
If anyone knows it that would be great, it's driving me insane!
