i seriously thought they were both 60ish when the show started. both were very attractive when younger especially sam but they have aged terribly especially renee not sure if its the surgery thats messed them up.

Sam hasn't had any surgery or Botox by the look of it and that's why she looks her age, 50. She's a life long smoker and that takes its toll on the skin but she's kept her figure and looks fine.

Renee is 46 but carrying quite a lot of weight on her upper torso and stomach and around her jawline and neck, which is ageing. If she lost about two stone she'd look younger straight away. She's clearly had a nose job but I don't know about other surgery except for the liposuction and ass injections?

I think they both look good for their age.

I think Sam looks great. Lovely figure and still has that megawatt smile. OK, when she puts the full face of makeup on, it's a little dated, most women tend to find a look that suits them and are reluctant to change it, but she still looks fab.

Renee is not one of life's great beauties but few of us are. She is an ordinarily looking woman who can scrub up well when the occasion demands. Just like 99% of us. Think she would look better without the costmetic surgery though & her bare skin isn't great but you can't always help that. She doesn't look fabulous for 48 but about average, she isn't in a business that relies on good looks. She looks like the majority of other middle aged women you see in the supermarket every day, apart from the "enhanced" bottom - why ever did she do that?
