Some, myself included, would argue that Bear might have deserved her spitting in his tea. This is old news. Bear wasn't bothered in the slightest - as he said, he's had a lot worse in his mouth. She obliged Bear's request that she spit in his mouth, what's the problem?
Aubrey has done a lot more than spit, which is why she is still a contender. Taking down Bear so spectacularly may push her nearer to the winning post.

On the Apprentice (American version) Trump always had a problem with strong, young females. The whole "show" was just that. A show. It was a set-up so that the person he wanted to promote was the one who won.

Besides, I quite liked Aubrey on that show. That's my only experience of her.
