HMs don't speak because of the confidentiality clause in their contract . It's all about the money for them too. In my view they earned every penny .

But in my view BB breached contract first in breaching their Duty of Care to ALL HMs and by not treating them equally when it comes to violence and threats of violence....and failure to provide a safe environment.

The proposed and not completed walkout was prior notice to BB that HMs were not feeling safe . In this light James Whale and other ex HMs have been a disappointment in not speaking out.

I hope Sam does ! Or the Americans . or the entire bunch, collectively .

If Bear now gets away with and is not shown how he intimidated (tried to) Aubrey last night ( LF) by getting right into her face and getting nose-to-nose during their argument - total fix”

Especially as he is quick to say "personal space personal space" as soon as anyone gets within 6 feet of him. He is an odious specimen.

And people want him to win.

Oh yes..... he knows all the key words .....typical behaviour of his type .... rile up everyone and get in their face, once they have shown weakness or asked him to stop .... then he goads some more ....then they "lose it " and he stands back , smiles with that " I told you so"' or "where did that come from look? "

All in the name of "fun" . Not

Lets be honest, Aubrey should of been kicked out, Renee has been abusive and has threatened violence on several occasions. Lewis was close to nutting Heavy D, Heavy D wanted to fight Bear twice. Warnings about wasting food and playing pranks are hardly a big deal. However this story is another excuse to have a go at Bear so go ahead, enjoy.

Bear to win!!

Exactly - an easy response when they have nothing constructive to add to the debate.

Not really - it's frustration at watching what was an extremely watchable show be pimped out to the lowest denomination.

ETA Apologies jeanoj - I actually agree with you -meant to reply to the post you were referring to

Good post and your user name is correct *Now sits back and waits for the Bear Apologists to hijack this thread as they do many others with nothing to add to the debate just "switch off" or "BEAR to win".*

I wish people would stop voting for him!. this is just stupid, what can be acheived by voting him the winner?

Maybe those that are voting want to end Big Brother? or are there that many girls who think he is fit?. I really don't understand it.

Very frustrating, can anything be done to stop him from winning? it seems a lost cause!

What could be achieved by one of the others winning? Its only BB you don't get anything extra for winning. He is entertaining, also why would it end BB? If he wins its obviously because a lot of people like him and are voting for him. That's why he has survived 6 evictions, ratings are also up on the last series. Just chill, one of the bores will probably win anyway.

Yes, it's three strikes and you're out, apart from if you're Bear, of course.

Some viewers find him entertaining (not me by the way).. they won't remove him because they'll make too much money from idiots voting for him to win.

Helen Wood had something like 14 warnings!

Also wasn't Bear on a "final" warning for wasting food? It feels like warnings mean nothing, especially these bloody "final" warnings... If BB want to keep the person in, they will.

The formal warning system is just to keep the housemates in check, it's discretionary and not written in law.

Some people want to use it to get rid of a housemate they do not like, so desperate are they to get him out.

If it is discretionary and not followed through it is rather pointless or as I guess Bear would claim "toothless"

It's just to scare a housemate into not stepping over the line, a way of maintaining control.

All over sudden people are interested in the intricacies of the warning system because they have a vested interest in getting a certain housemate out.

My question is why can't they just respect the vote?

If people want him out, and really care that much then vote like hell for the people he is up against on eviction night.

I have been switching off because of the moron. He should have been kicked out the night he smashed the mirror and tried to trash the diary room. But they have EOTB to promote. They could not have chucked out there golden boy.

I'll tell you why I find this objectionable thick idiot Stephen Bear totally unacceptable to be lording it on this show on TV and I bet many others will relate to it. He reminds me strongly of one particular class idiot from schooldays back in the 80's who was always so disruptive to the whole class and just would not let those who wished to get on and actually learn a thing or two the ability to do so. He affected our education! I bet this b**tard has also been just the same in class as he is on CBB and here he is being feted as "entertaining". NO!!!

He needs his wings clipped big time and fast. Not being propelled onto a further pedestal.
