Most likely, but being "in the public eye for 33 years" she should know that labeling yourself as a national treasure (even if you are) will not endear yourself to the public, especially not in this country. The UK don't like people thinking highly of themselves. It's just the way country works. Go on the US, the more you big yourself up, the more successful you are generally in the public eye. It gets you attention etc...
But this country likes modesty, hence why saying you are great, you will win etc... never endears you to the public. Do the same in the US, and it's a different story.
It's the reason so many underdogs win on these types of shows, and why so many people who are arrogant (Sezer, Kat, Maxwell, Saskia), i can name around 100... always get booted out earlier than they expect.
