Rather than speak to EE about this and get a wrong answer I though I would ask the folk on here. We have a business contract with Orange apparently. I thought it was EE as that is what's on the bills. But anyway. WTF? I mean really? Anyway.

Let's say the person on the contract wanted to upgrade to a new EE tariff and get say an iPhone SE with something like a 20GB allowance. That done, can we add another phone onto it to share? If so, what are the costs? Can we also put a router on their for home BB which would probably be used on 1 laptop? Kids can struggle with 2mb ADSL.

So essentially the question is if we upgrade the company secretary's phone to a decent data package, can the director (me) just get a sim for my paid for iPhone and share that allowance and also put a router on the same contract and how much will that cost? If you see what I mean.

If you started out with Orange before the EE takeover then you will likely have kept the same tariff etc. That is what happened with my Orange contract. It is still an orange plan but the bills have EE plastered all over them.

From reading this

it looks like you may need to take out a new contract with EE to have both phones on the same bill. Which probably comes as no surprise. The costs are in this PDF

http://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/...ust%202016.pdf

Whether any of that makes any sense to anyone is another matter!

You can only get a router with a home broadband contract. Nothing to do with the mobiles. Or were you talking about something like this?

Looks like you can add one of those to a Shared Plan if you read my first link.

Thanks. The prices pdf makes no sense whatsoever. It's just a load of bollox. Can anyone make any sense of it? It just says 28, 13 40, 15 weeks, 5 phones, 1 sim, 19, 24 weeks, 2 years, full moon, £17.

I'm going to have to call them. The person won't have a clue. I hate that.

You don't have an EE store anywhere near you? There is no reason you can't have a handset contract and add a second sim only to the same account.

iPhone SE

Have you had a look at the second line discount rates showing for sim only?

I've just signed up for an SE on business £38 / 25GB. Should be able to add extra phones later. Assume I've passed the credit check.......

Will be so good to get back to a proper phone and sell all this Android crap.
