On live feed last night both Bear and Marnie said they could do with a glass of wine to help them sleep, Bear then went on to say that the other HMs had taken Valium is this the normal thing to give HMs.

It's the only way I could survive living with Bear. If true it does raise some questions about how he's affecting their mental state.

I thought I was hearing things, but obviously not.

Yeah I think I've heard HMs mention 'valleys' before. It's another one of those things they're not allowed to talk about.

I think they do and always have.

I remember on Live Feed during BB4 (yes, i watched a bit of feed back then too), Nush said something about BB having to give HMs valium to chill them out.

Who's to say they weren't prescribed by their own doctors before entering the house?

Ah, okay, I thought it was just a "this season" thing.

I know they've done this before, sleeping tablets too. But I'd always assumed that certain housemates already have prescriptions to take them so they can't be withheld.

Bear needs to be prescribed some MDMA, for his last night redemption, he can tell Renee he is deeply sorry and say how much he loves her, then he can sit in the garden gurning for the next two hours

Doctor prescribed them for my Nanna to sleep and she got hooked on them.
Doctors will only prescribe them for 2 months. Due to them being highly addictive.

I take Valium everyday. Usually at about the same time I first visit this forum. Interesting...

Surely someone that's on Valium is not in good enough health to enter the house.

Could see the Americans being prescribed diazepam or some other sort of barbiturate. They get handed out like sweeties over there. Also maybe Sam was, did she not have some sort of nervous/panic attack.

It's not been called Valium in years. Its Diazepam. And I highly doubt this is prescribed JUST for the purpose of BB. It's highly addictive and a controlled drug. Not something you give out to help these princess' get their beauty sleep.

I can very much believe some of them were on it prior to going into the house but on it just for the house? No way.

I think beardy security man is pushing it, see how Bear appealed for a little bit of calmness as soon as he saw him and his bag of pills?

You cannot get Valium unless prescribed by a doctor .
I'm sure it's the same for sleeping tablets .

BB would be in big trouble if they dished out both to any HM .

Don't they have doctors there?

I thought they had an actual doctor or two and not just medics.

I find it hard to believe that anyone on any sort of medication would be wanted in the house.
