Same as "How do you spell silk?" and "What do cows drink?" (the correct answer being water, not milk). It's just a matter of encouraging people to speak before thinking. Marnie's a natural at that, though I'm sure she can operate a toaster correctly when required. She could probably sing the chorus to Careless Whisper too, if you played the music to her.

George Michael's most successful song, Careless Whisper, was a hit in 1984, 32 years ago and eight years before Marnie was born.
