Pebble (national roaming sim) experience

Agree that it didn't start as a dispute and maybe deleting it would be too far thinking now. I do think though that this back and forth between yourself and the director isn't the way to now solve this issue.

There is nothing to resolve. I have decided to go with Vodafone and a dual sim phone. I will allow the direct debit to be paid as I did agree to take out the service. That is then the end of it.

If he claims to want to offer the best service in the country I would suggest that he uses your details that he has clearly accessed to give you a ring and then you can post your experience following that.
I've already given him plenty of valuable feedback and pointers to improve Pebble. Now I'll just move on.

Please, don't worry about that. I will see to it that no future charges are raised in respect of your account and that we get your direct debit ceased from our end.

You can obviously continue to use any allowances you have until your termination date as advised by CS should you wish to do so.

I don't believe there are any outstanding issues with your services that you have raised, but should that not be the case, please do contact CS - you know these will be made right promptly.

I'm sorry your experience with Pebble wasn't what you had hoped for and that we were unable to do any more for you.

I believe the forum stops you editing posts after 30 minutes or so. Thanks for asking the mods to edit.
