Have you never seen this show before?

No, I just thought I'd randomly post the SCD trailer in the SCD forum. Never seen a second of the show!

I do agree.

Cheesy and Tacky. It puts new people off from watching.

Looks like it's aimed at a CBBC audience.

Those pictures (/freeze frames) are not all that flattering, yikes at Anastacia and Daisy (had to Google her, couldn't remember having a Claudia W look-a-like in the cast).

I think its awful! Why give Lesley Jospeh as much screen time as everyone else combined? And those stills are terrible, it looks so cheap how they just stuck the majority of the cast in, in such a half-arsed way.

Did the celebrities not have a say then if they wanted to take part or not?

I don't think so. It looks like they just used whoever happened to be on a day off.

Think that's exactly what they did.

It has a look of not being very well thought out ( though I'm sure it was ) and comes across as a kind of, just grab whoever we can find today and stick up pics of the others

I'm kinda guessing they'll be other trails with the little "machine" shall we say going to find more celebrities! Then a final one of them all.

If that's the case, what would be the point of flashing up pictures of the remaining celebs?

It's ok. It does the job of a trailer. Strange theme though. I can just imagine it being proposed at a BBC brainstorming session and am wondering what ideas were rejected.

The premise is current enough (drones an' all..) but its the execution which stinks...

But cheesy and tacky is what Strictly is about!

I hope Louise is not going to be stuck with bad fashion designs like Kellie last year.

I've seen that suggested elsewhere, but I agree with jiroos, why show all the others in the form of some naff polaroids?

I can just imagine someone thinking, let's show Lesley Jospeh and a bloke from Hollyoaks, that will get the viewers in their millions.
