Liberal eduction means he's never come up against proper boundaries. BB certainly doesn't have the backbone to deal with him. There was a time when the Armed Forces might actually have saved him - he would have encountered real rules and regulations and it might have been the making of him.... but today's Forces want more than Bear from today's recruits.
He truly is doomed... and, as always, it will be society who has to pick up the pieces.
