Bear spelt her name wrong on purpose and he wanted the public to know that.

He asked Ricky how to spell her name. Ricky said Aubery (also wrong) and then Bear said he will just spell it the way he wants to spell it and spelt it Obreee.

So it wasn't a genuine apology it was a deliberate attempt to wind her up because he knows how much she hates people getting her name wrong. Like when Heavy called her Audrey and she had a go at him for it.

He even picked the card up when she was arguing with him to make sure she had read it and seen the wrong spelling.

Well neither of them spelled it correctly. So for him not to take Ricky's spelling, doesn't mean he was intentionally spelling it wrong.

I don't think his short-term memory is all that good. He has trouble following simple directions, after all.
