Maybe you haven't read the thread or seen me mention Ricky before. I was rooting for him in the beginning and you need only look at my posting history to see my opinion on Mr Bear.

I understand civility but it's developed from that and given all he's said I feel like he's compromised his integrity for an easy life. Given the multitude of incidents involving Stephen and how he's tormented the house I'm not cool with that, that's all.

I disagree

I think it was rather creepy of Ricky to praise Renee's loyalty to others ... and let's be honest, it's only Aubrey and Frankie we're talking about here .... whilst overlooking the fact that she was personally disloyal to him

He didn't extend that generosity to Katie, afterall

But he doesn't make it easy

I had another cringe moment tonight on live feed, when he voted for Renee and gushed about how wonderfully "loyal" she is

She nominated him !”

Lol, true. I still like him though.

Live feed watchers will have seen that Ricky, Bear and James filled the long evenings playing bowls out in the garden. Along with that they chatted. We didn't see this relationship until recently so it looked very sudden.

As Ricky said tonight on Live Feed, to Bear's face - he likes Steven but doesn't like Bear. I can understand that. There have been moments, again mostly on LF, where Bear's been sat down having reasonable, regular old conversations with people, chatting away sociably.

I imagine this 'friendship' with Bear has benefited them both - filled time in a long BB day, given them somebody else to talk to, calmed Bear down at times having another male to talk to and given Ricky some company too.

I imagine in that house people find ways of coping, getting through, and - as others have said - being civil is one of those ways. It makes life a lot easier.

I do think, seeing how they are with each other, they know each other's faults but have a respect for each other too, even a friendship.

Can't argue with a well thought-out rational post. Pretty fair. I'm still disappointed though.

So have I and the one thing he gets from Bear - whom I cannot abide - is honesty.

Look at poor Ricky''s demeanour when his 2 best friends voted for him earlier on in the series. He was gutted, and rightly so. He''s picked himself up and decided to take none of it too seriously as - let''s face it - none of them are friends.
