The difference is that Bear doesn't seem to know right from wrong, and he thinks saying sorry just means that he is free to do whatever over and over again. The others do seem to know when they have done wrong, even if they justify it.

Slagging off Bear for not being the best pupil at school. I've seen it all now.
He's not a murderer, he's not a rapist, he's not a even a racist. He's a prick wind up who hams things up on a TV show. Compared to a lot of the characters we've had on BB throughout the years he's a relative saint.
