Adele was the name of the character not the actress, his violence towards her was mostly shoving and screaming in her face that she couldn't do what he was telling her she couldn't, he never punched her like he did with Jo. ( it was a very short story as the actress didn't stay long, she was a mixed race girl who worked in the factory. The story started when Andy followed her on a night out yo make sure she didn't cheat)

The incident with Kerry was after a house fire where she got drunk and set the house on fire with Jack and Sarah asleep upstairs.

I only rembered it vaguely I think he throttled her and choked her a bit, it was on YouTube not so long ago until itv had there spate of removals so someone may remember better than me.

Well I think you can understand Andy being Angry if Kerry got drunk and almost let his kids die, I'm sure mots would react in that way if someone they trusted endangered their kids.

Most men don't react violently to women, Cain took Sarah from Andy after he got caught beating up JO and he taunted him with the line " who's the daddy", Andy didn't lash out as he was terrified of Cain, he's always been able to control his temper around people who he was scared of. Same with Nick Henshall ( the cop Katie dated, he as sick of Andy sniffing around Katie and got aggressive with him but Andy was too scared to fight back)

I would imagine that Andy didn't react violently against Cain in that situation since his violent behavior already got him in trouble. As for the cop I didn't see that stuff either.

Oh come Mark, I like you but you are clearly looking at this through Andy sugden tinted specs, it was fear of Cain that stopped him fighting back. Look at a the times he's hit other people since than that he feels have wronged him. Andy, Ramesh and Robert are all extremely cowardly men

People who commit violent crimes should not get off with some therapy. What kind of message does that send out? Many abusers would laugh that off.

I don't get all of these excuses for Andy, but utter condemnation of Chrissie, even though Raskesh brought his troubles on himself.
