Yeah if he has been doing this for 5 years and not really got anywhere why do people think that will change now? He has already hit his peak and will fade into obscurity now.

This isn't about the tv shows he is appearing on. Those who do seem to miss the point. He will be a very lonely man once all of his tv stints are over. He will continue to think that his behaviour is acceptable, when, in reality, ordinary people would not want a bar of him.

CBB should be renamed Geordie Towie on the Beach as that is what it has become

Even Gary hasn't won an Oscar. Maybe Bear can beat him to it?

Yeah scratch that. He's going to be up there with the greats like Meryl Streep. For sure. You heard it here first.

The consolation for anti-Bear viewers it that, if Bear does win, he is going to get a rude wake up call when his 15 minutes of fame is up and he goes back to reality. The ordinary person who does not watch TV shows like Geordie Shore would not condone Bear's behaviour. People who currently support Bear will probably have grown up by the time Bear's short-lived television career is over and realise how silly it was to support him. By the time Bear's 15 minutes of fame is up, it will be too late for him to change his ways, and he will be a very sad, lonely soul.
I don't know who's going to watch a reality specifically about him (apparently there's murmurs in the pipeline) |

Three shows - Shipwrecked and EotB x 2 plus CBB. So four in five years
...yes, he's been doing reality TV. Must have been crap then. Which is obvious. |

He's been doing reality TV since 2011 and can be seen starring in EotB for the next six weeks so he won't be dropping off the radar anytime soon. He'll prob spend the rest of the summer being paid to party in the Balaerics.
The other reality shows I never watch, or the soaps but I do watch the jungle ![]() I gave up on the ordinary BB a few years ago and have been going off CBB due to the fact that there are so few real celebrities in. I have to admit I do not vote, stopped as soon as they stopped to vote to Evict. I will be going out Friday night so will not see the "winner". Hope those who have enjoyed the rude creature and spent money on 'saving' him will enjoy watching him in all his future reality shows.

To be honest I don't give a flying one what happens to him. The consolation for me is tomor it's finished and we can have a break.

they have a similar running style though, and would certainly smash a bit of crockery and knock some coffee about, all the housemates would be on edge, obviously Bear doesn't have the cuteness or conversational skills though

No wonder quite a few posters are getting banned on here. As Alice would say, It's getting "curiouser and curiouser"

Simians are far more intelligent than that disgusting human being Stephen Bear.
No comparison.

I'm afraid I don't find that any consolation. I'm just sad (and a bit sickened) that the way he behaves is worth even one second of fame. He should have been chucked out long ago.

I wouldnt bank on it, the chances is Bear will end on TOWIE. I also read that he has been offered his own reality show with his family.

I think some people aren't used to the provoke and retreat tactic and get caught out by it.
It's all a learning curve. Throwing pathetic childish insults like that around are something Bear would do, so they are just as bad as him. |

The 'because you like Bear you must be like him' posts are getting boring, very few people who post on here know each other personally so why not just stick to posting about those in the house?
Throwing pathetic childish insults like that around are something Bear would do, so they are just as bad as him. Don't take it so serious willy, it's a laugh..... No dramas |

Who actually cares though?
I don't like Bear but he will win, and I don't care if he does. If he wins.... so what? He either disappears or ends up in TOWIE or something... which according to people here, is not popular, so you won't be seeing him either way, so what's the problem? It's not like the win is rewarding him with money. We aren't. They have all already got paid. Whether he wins or not, it doesn't matter to viewers who dislike him, to C5 or to the shows future, it will only matter to him. But he will fully know that he got a fraction of what other people got. People say "what's sad is that he has ruined others time", IMO, I wouldn't be sad. I'd laugh if i was one of the others. I may not have won but at least i got 100k in my pocket, 88k more than you. So, it really doesn't matter. I don't get why people are getting so worked up. "It's a travesty if he wins for BB future"... is it really? You can't always have it your way. Just because you do not agree with someones opinion, doesn't mean you are right and they are wrong. The summer series had Jason win over Hughie, which was celebrated here. "My faith in the public has been restored" has been posted numerous times that night... now, 4 weeks later, "my faith in the public will be broken of Bear wins", it tragically dramatic. Can't always have it your way. Bear wins... best case for him is that he gets on another reality show, are you lot going to watch it? No. So, why should it bother you? I don't like Justin Beiber, i don't go out to listen to his songs to slate them. I just avoid it. Same as Bear, if he's on a show after BB, avoid it, just like I will. Bear will win because out of all of them he has gained the most support. His social media following has increased a lot in these 4 weeks, whereas others have barely budged (noticed that Marnie has only added around 20k, whereas Bear has tripled his and now has almost 130,000). Bear winning will not make me sad, angry etc... I expect it. I recommend people getting ready on here tomorrow when he is crowned. |
